摘要
针对煤矿井下潮湿、高温、粉尘等恶劣环境对传统机械式传感器造成的灵敏度降低、系统故障率增加等问题,研究了基于无传感器技术的矿用电机车永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM)控制策略。在低速工况下提出了一种基于转子位置跟踪观测器的改进高频脉振信号注入法,并且以TBQ-4.5YC型矿用隔爆型永磁同步牵引电动机为研究对象,仿真和实验结果表明,在低速工况下,无位置传感器控制系统可以代替传统机械式传感器顺利估算出实际转子位置角且误差较小,矿用电机车运行过程中电机转速能够始终稳定跟随。
        Aiming at the problems such as the decrease of the sensitivity caused by the traditional mechanical sensors and the increase of the system failure rate due to the adverse conditions such as wet, high temperature, and dust in coal mines, the permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategy for mine locomotives based on sensorless technology was studied. An improved high-frequency pulse signal injection method based on rotor position tracking observer was proposed under low-speed operating conditions, and the TBQ-4.5 YC mining flameproof permanent magnet synchronous traction motor was taken as the research object, simulation and experimental results. It shows that under the low-speed operating conditions, the position sensorless control system can still replace the traditional mechanical sensor to estimate the actual rotor position angle and the error is small. The running speed of the motor can always follow steadily during operation of the mine electric locomotive.
