摘要

目的:观察中医方剂涤痰汤加减治疗老年性肺病的临床疗效。方法:将94例患者分为治疗组48例和对照组46例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗(抗生素加中药),对照组采用西医治疗(抗生素加溴己新针)。结果:治疗组总有效率、临床治愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:方药涤痰汤加减治疗老年性肺病可显著提高临床疗效。
        Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Ditan decoction on senile pulmonary disease. Methods: 94 cases were divided into the treatment group(48 cases) and control group(46 cases). The treatment group took the integrative medicine; the control group took western medicine. Results: The total efficiency and curing rate in the treatment group were better(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Ditan decoction was significantly effective on senile pulmonary disease.
