摘要
目的 建立茜草药材的高效液相指纹图谱,为不同产地茜草药材的质量评价提供方法。方法 采用高效液相谱法对10批不同产地茜草进行测定;采用相似度评价、聚类分析、主成分分析3种方法对指纹图谱进行研究。结果 建立了茜草HPLC指纹图谱共有模式图标定了12个共有峰,并指认了4个共有峰化学成分;10批茜草指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱之间相似度均大于0.90; 10批次样品被聚类为两大类;主成分分析显示,提取出5个主成分,累计方差贡献率达93.78%。结论 建立的指纹图谱较全面、直观地反映了茜草整体化学成分信息,结合多元统计分析,为茜草药材的质量评价提供参考。
        Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint method of Radix Rubiae and provide a comprehensive evaluation of the drug from different habitats. Methods The high-performance liquid chromatography method was used to measure 10 batches of Radix Rubiae in different producing areas and the fingerprints were studied by similarity evaluation, cluster analysis and principal component analysis.Results HPLC fingerprint of Radix Rubiae was established. 12 common peaks were designated and the chemical composition of 4 common peaks were identified;the similarity of 10 batches of Radix Rubiae was over 0.90; Five principal components were extracted and the cumulative contribution rate was 93.78%.Conclusion Combined with multivariate statistical analysis, the fingerprint analysis which comprehensively reflected most of the chemical information of Radix Rubiae provides a reference for the quality evaluation of Radix Rubiae.
