“新互联网”时代下网络工程专业人才培养模式改革研究

摘要
"新互联网"技术的兴起和蓬勃发展,为高校网络工程专业人才培养模式带来了新的挑战和契机。然而,由于高校人才培养体系不完善、师资投入不足、实验教学环节薄弱等原因,造成学生专业优势不突出、实践创造能力薄弱。本文分析了原有网络工程专业人才培养模式,提出完善人才培养体系、优化师资结构、加强校企合作和注重实践教学等一系列措施来提高学生专业竞争力,探索出一条适应"新互联网"时代下面向实用型专业人才培养的新模式。
The rise and vigorous development of "new Internet" technology has brought new challenges and opportunities for the training mode of network engineering professionals in colleges and universities. However,due to imperfect personnel training system in colleges,insufficient teacher investment,and weak experimental teaching links,students' professional advantages are not prominent and their practical creativity is weak. This paper analyzes the original network engineering professional talent training mode,proposes a series of measures such as perfecting the talent training system,optimizing the structure of teachers,strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation and paying attention to practical teaching to improve the professional competitiveness of students and explore an era of adapting to the "new Internet". The following is a new model for training practical professionals.
