气相色谱法测定食用植物油中乙基麦芽酚的含量

摘要
建立了气相色谱法测定食用植物油中乙基麦芽酚含量的方法。食用植物油用80%甲醇提取,色谱柱分离。乙基麦芽酚含量在0.5-30μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好,线性方程分别为Y=2.3716X+0.0487,r均为0.9997。乙基麦芽酚回收率86.56%,RSD为3.60%。该方法可以作为食用植物油中乙基麦芽酚非法添加物的检测方法。
        In order to investigate and deal with illegal addition and other illegal activities, and to protect the health of consumers, to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ethyl maltol in edible vegetable oils by gas chromatography. Samples were extracted with 80% methanol, spiral shake for 5 minutes, after freezing centrifugation, then simultaneous determination of ethyl maltol by gas chromatography. The content of ethyl maltol was good linear relationship in 0.5-30μg/mL, linear equations are Y=2.3716X +0.0487, the recovery rate of ethyl maltol was 86.56%, RSD 3.60%. The method can be used as a method for the determination of ethyl maltol illegally added in edible vegetable oil.
