重庆市食用农产品监督抽检结果分析及对策探索

摘要
对重庆市2018年食用农产品监督抽检通告进行汇总,按照食品种类、抽样场所、抽样区域和不合格项目4个方面进行分析,发现存在农兽药残留超标、使用禁用农兽药、重金属等元素污染物超标、超限量使用食品添加剂等问题,提出强化食品安全意识、加大监管力度、推进生态农业发展等对策,给食品安全监管部门以后更好地实行食用农产品监管提供科学依据。
This paper summarized the announcements of sampling inspection about edible agricultural products in Chongqing in 2018. We analyzed the data in four aspects, including food types, sampling sites, sampling areas and unqualified items. We found that there were some problems such as pesticide and veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard, illegal use of banned pesticide and veterinary drug, heavy metals contamination, and the use of food additives in excess of the limits. We put forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening food safety awareness, strengthening supervision and promoting the development of ecological agriculture. This article will provide a scientific basis for food safety supervision departments to implement the supervision of edible agricultural products better in the future.
