单层交替盘区采矿法在采场联络道优化中的应用

摘要
针对多层交替上升盘区采矿法回采过程中采场联络道掘进工程量和压顶量相对较大、采矿成本相对较高等问题,提出单层房柱交替式盘区上向分层充填采矿法,通过沿矿体走向在采场下盘布置一条脉内联络巷联系各条房柱交替的采场,减少了采场联络道的条数和其他相关工程,每个盘区可节约工程量近3万m~3,既降低了采矿成本,又缩短了采准工期,提高了采矿效益。
        According to the problems during stoping by panel mining method with multilayer alternating,such as the larger excavation volume and capping amount in crossheading,as well as the higher mining cost,the panel upward cut-andfill method with monolayer room-and-pillar alternating was proposed.Through arranging a crossheading in the vein of footwall along orebody trend,the quantities of crossheadings in stope and other engineering were reduced,and the project amount could be saved nearly 30,000 m~3 in each panel,which decreased mining cost,shortened stoping days and improved mining benefit.
