勉县耕地可持续利用评价研究

摘要
耕地是人类生存的自然环境中重要的组成部分,是国民经济和社会发展的基础。随着社会经济的飞速发展,土地供需矛盾正日益加剧,伴随而来的耕地数量、质量的降低,对耕地的可持续利用研究迫在眉睫。本文以陕西省汉中市勉县为研究区域,利用多因素综合评价法,构建出一个以人口压力、综合压力、投入水平、产出与利用水平为准则层,粮食单产、粮食安全系数等16个指标为指标层的评价指标体系,对勉县2013～2017年五年间的耕地可持续利用状况进行客观详细的评价。结果表明,勉县2013～2017年耕地可持续利用水平总体呈先下降后上升再趋于平稳趋势。随着县城发展必然占用耕地,通过不断提高投入并改进耕地利用方式,勉县耕地可持续利用度提高是必然结果。
Cultivated land is an important part of the natural environment of human existence.It is the foundation of the national economy and social development,and it plays an irreplaceable role in the daily life of human beings.But along with the rapid development of social economy,The contradiction between supply and demand of land is becoming more and more serious.The decrease of the quantity and quality of cultivated land has seriously threatened our daily life.It is urgent to study the sustainable utilization of cultivated land.Taking Mian county in Hanzhong City of Shaanxi province as the research area,this paper constructs an evaluation index system based on 16 indexes such as population pressure,comprehensive pressure,input level,output and utilization level,grain yield per unit area and food security coefficient.It objectively details the sustainable utilization of cultivated land in Mian county during the five years from 2013 to 2017.The results show that the overall level of sustainable utilization of cultivated land in Mian county from 2013 to 2017 declines first,then rises,and then tends to be stable.With the development of county towns,cultivated land will inevitably be occupied.By continuously increasing investment and improving the way of using cultivated land,the improvement of sustainable utilization of cultivated land in Mian county is an inevitable result.
