摘要
介绍了多盘摩擦式液压制动器的结构和工作原理,并对矿用KX-12型制动器进行设计计算:首先根据负载确定制动扭矩,选择摩擦片、计算压紧力并验证摩擦片比压;然后选择相应的碟形弹簧;最终通过保证解制动时两摩擦片的距离确定碟形弹簧的数量。
Introduces the structure and working principle of multi-disc friction hydraulic brake, then design and calculate the KX-12 brake. First, determine the braking torque according to the load, select the friction plate, calculate the pressing force and verify the specific pressure of the friction plate; then select the corresponding disc spring; finally determine the number of disc springs by ensuring the distance between the two friction plates during braking.
