摘要
为缓解重介质旋流器、弧形筛、带式输送机、溜槽等磨损严重的压力,屯兰选煤厂采用浅槽分选机对原煤中大块矸石进行分流处理,降低其对重介质旋流器主选设备的冲击。简述了浅槽分选机的基本组成和工作原理,分析了生产过程中的常见故障,介绍了使用情况和应用效果。生产实践证明,浅槽分选效果完全满足洗选工艺需求。
In order to alleviate the pressure of heavy medium cyclone, arc screen,belt,chute and other serious wear and tear. Tunlan coal preparation plant adopted shallow groove separator to distribute large gangue in raw coal to reduce its impact on heavy medium separation equipment. Briefly describes the basic composition and working principle of shallow groove separator,and analyzes the common faults in the production process and the application effect. Production practice has proved that the effect of shallow slot separation completely meets the needs of washing process.
