摘要
按照产品对本振源的设计需求,对几种本振源方案进行阐述和分析。选择基于DDS的倍频锁相方案展开设计,详细介绍了频段、精度、相噪和杂散等方面的设计,对其可实现的指标进行了计算、仿真。最后,通过产品测试,验证了该设计的有效性。
According to the design requirements of the product for the local oscillator source,several schemes are elaborated and analyzed.A DDS-based frequency multiplication phase-locking scheme is selected to design.The design of frequency band,accuracy,phase noise and spurs is introduced in detail.The achievable indicators are calculated and simulated.Finally,the effectiveness of the design is verified by product testing.
