护理干预应用于滤泡性咽喉炎液态氮冷冻疗法的效果

摘要
目的:探讨护理干预应用于滤泡性咽喉炎液态氮冷冻疗法的效果。方法:选择160例滤泡性咽喉炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各80例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受系统护理,比较两组临床疗效、配合程度、不良反应及满意度。结果:观察组总有效率(92.5%)与比较对照组(88.7%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组整体配合率(100.0%高于对照组(83.8%)(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率(8.8%)低于对照组(18.8%)(P<0.05),观察组满意度(97.5%)高于对照组(72.5%)(P<0.05)。结论:液态氮冷冻疗法治疗滤泡性咽喉炎的效果满意,加强护理干预措施可有效提高患者的配合度,减少不良反应,提高满意度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for follicular pharyngitis. Methods: 160 patients with follicular pharyngitis were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group,80 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received systematic nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy,cooperation degree,adverse reaction and satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 92. 5 % in the observation group and 88. 7 % in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The overall cooperation rate of the observation group was 100 %,and that of the control group was 83. 8 %,the difference between the two groups significant( P< 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 8. 8 % in the observation group and 18. 8% in the control group,and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97. 5 %,and that of the control group was 72. 5 %. The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The effect of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for follicular pharyngitis is satisfactory. Strengthening the nursing intervention can effectively improve the cooperation of patients,reduce adverse reactions and improve satisfaction.
