环保型丙烯酸酯类醇溶油墨树脂制备方法的研究

摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为硬单体,乙酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸丁酯作为软单体,丙烯酸作为功能单体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,乙醇和乙酸乙酯作为混合溶剂进行溶液聚合,制备了丙烯酸酯类环保型醇溶油墨树脂。研究了其中主要单体的含量以及溶剂的组成对油墨树脂性质的影响。结果表明,当甲基丙烯酸甲酯含量为11%,乙酸乙烯酯含量为13%,丙烯酸丁酯含量为20%,丙烯酸含量为2.5%,丙烯酸羟丙酯含量为3%,引发剂浓度为0.5%,乙酸乙酯含量为25%,乙醇含量为25%,反应温度为75℃时可以通过共聚反应得到了性能良好的醇溶性油墨树脂,使用这种树脂制备的油墨具有良好的醇溶性,附着牢度、着色力、复合强度以及适宜的粘度具有较好的应用性。
        With methyl acrylate as hard monomer,vinyl acetate and butyl acrylate as soft monomer,acrylic acid as functional monomer,two azo AIBN as initiator,ethyl acetate and ethanol as solvent mixture was prepared by solution polymerization of acrylic resin and environment-friendly alcohol soluble ink.The effect of the content of the main monomer and the composition of the solvent on the properties of ink resin was studied.The results show that when methyl methacrylate content is 11%,the content of vinyl acetate was 13%,butyl acrylate acrylic acid content is 20%,the content of 2.5%,hydroxypropyl acrylate content is 3%,the concentration of initiator is 0.5%,the content of ethyl acetate is 25%,the content of ethanol was 25%,the reaction temperature is 75 degrees centigrade by copolymerization the good performance of the alcohol soluble ink resin,the resin prepared by alcohol soluble ink with good adhesion,fastness,tinting strength,composite strength,and suitable viscosity has better application.
