煅白热容的理论计算及试验测定

摘要
硅热法炼镁的主要原料是煅烧白云石(简称煅白),煅白的性质会对镁还原过程产生很大影响。本文首先通过两种理论计算的方法分别得到煅白的热容为0.83J/(℃·g)和0.77J/(℃·g),再采用差示扫描量热法(DSC法),以刚玉为标准物质测定了煅白从常温至700℃的热容数据,并通过回归分析得到了常温至700℃热容与温度的关系式,试验结果与理论计算值基本一致。
        Calcined dolomite is the main raw materials of magnesium production by Silicon thermal process. The properties of calcined dolomite have a significant impact on magnesium reduction process. By two kinds of theoretical calculation,The heat capacities of calcined dolomite are obtained,which are respectively 0. 83 J/( ℃ ·g) and 0. 77 J/( ℃ ·g),then by using the Differential Scanning Calorimetry( DSC),the thermal capacity data of calcined dolomite from room temperature to 700℃ were measured by corundum as standard materials. And the relationship between heat capacities and temperature from 25℃ to 700℃ were obtained by regression analysis. The experimental results are basically in agreement with the theoretical calculation values.
