摘要

目的观察以星状神经节埋线为主治疗神经性皮炎的临床效果。方法将神经性皮炎患者52例随机分为2组,治疗组26例采用星状神经节埋线为主治疗,对照组26例采用针灸治疗。1个疗程后观察2组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96%(25/26),对照组总有效率为84%(22/26),治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节为主埋线治疗神经性皮炎临床疗效肯定,值得推广应用。
        Object ive To observe the clinical effect of stellate ganglion catgut embedding in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods Fifty-two patients with neurodermatitis were randomly divided into two groups. 26 patients in the treatment group were treated with stellate ganglion catgut embedding and 26 patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.After 1 course of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and in the control group was 96%(25/26) and 84%(22/26) respectively. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0.05). Conclusion The stellate ganglion catgut embedding in the treatment of neurodermatitis is effective and worthy of popularization and application.
