耳针联合小刃针治疗颈源性眩晕症的临床观察

摘要
目的探究在颈源性眩晕症中采用耳针联合小刃针治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院在2018年1月1日—2018年11月30日收治的颈源性眩晕症患者40例,并对其实施耳针联合小刃针治疗,观察患者治疗情况。结果所有患者经耳针联合小刃针治疗后,无效为2例,临床总有效率高达95.00%,临床疗效较为显著。结论耳针联合小刃针在治疗颈源性眩晕症中具有较高应用价值,可改善患者临床症状与体征,且安全性较高,故具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of auricular acupuncture combined with acupotomy in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods From January 2018 to November 30, 40 patients with cervical vertigo were selected and treated with auricular acupuncture combined with acupotomy. Results All the patients were treated with auricular acupuncture combined with acupotomy, 2 cases were ineffective, the total clinical effective rate was 95.00%, and the clinical effect was remarkable. Conclusion Auricular acupuncture combined with acupotomy is of high value in the treatment of cervical vertigo, and it can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients, and the safety is higher. Therefore, it has clinical promotion value.
