摘要
低温加注管路系统难以避免存在盲支管结构,当系统中发生参数突变时,会存在诱发低温盲支管填充水击振动现象。本文从实验角度探索诱发低温盲支管填充水击振动的成因,结果表明:当盲支管处于热态时,通过对盲支管进行排气扰动,可诱发低温液体填充盲支管水击振动;管路系统的背压越高,盲支管水击振动压力值越大。
There is unavoidable to be blind branch tubes in cryogenic filling pipeline system under certain operation process.When system parameters,such as the system pressure and flow rate,are changed suddenly,the water hammer phenomenon is induced by the cryogenic liquid filling the blind branch tube. This paper mainly studied a method of water hammer induced by the cryogenic liquid filling the blind branch tube by experiment. The experimental results show that when the blind branch tube is in hot state,the cryogenic liquid filling blind tube water hammer will be induced by exhausting from the top area of the blind branch tube; the higher the back pressure of the piping system is,the larger the water hammer vibration pressure of the blind branch tube is.
