摘要
在焊接数值模拟过程中,是否考虑几何非线性对计算结果有较大的影响。基于Ansys有限元软件,以5mm厚的Q550低碳钢薄板MAG对接接头为例,采用热弹塑性有限元法考虑材料的非线性及几何非线性的影响,模拟分析焊接过程中的焊接变形。同时,采用试验的方法测量焊接接头的面外变形。结果表明:考虑几何非线性的数值计算结果与实验测试结果十分吻合,验证了模型的正确性。
        In the process of welding numerical simulation, whether the geometrical nonlinearity is considered has a great influence on the calculation result. Based on the finite element software Ansys, taking 5 mm thick Q550 low carbon steel sheet MAG butt joint as an example, the effect of material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity was considered by thermo-elastic-plastic finite element method, and the welding deformation during welding process was simulated and analyzed. Meanwhile, the actual out-of-plane deformation was measured by test method. The results show that the numerical calculation result of geometrical nonlinearity is very consistent with the test result, and the correctness of the model is verified.
