手法整复夹板外固定治疗伸直型Colles骨折268例

摘要
目的:探讨中医整骨手法治疗伸直型Colles骨折的临床疗效。方法:将我院2011年以来门诊及住院就诊的伸直型Colles骨折患者268例纳入研究,均采用手法复位夹板外固定,观察整复前后掌倾角、尺偏角的改变;依据Dienst腕关节功能标准功能评分评价临床效果。结果:整复前后对比显示,掌倾角、尺偏角均得到较好改善,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); Dienst腕关节功能标准功能评分,优146例、良106例、可14例、差2例,优良率94. 0%。结论:中医整骨手法疗效明显,可避免患者手术痛苦,发挥了中医药在临床治病中的传统优势。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Straightening Colles Fracture with Traditional Chinese Medicine osteopathic manipulation. Methods: 268 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients in our hospital since 2011 were external fixed with manual reduction splint and observed the changes of the palmar angle and the angle of the ulnar angle before and after the treatment. The clinical effect was evaluated according to the function standard score of Dienst wrist joint function. Results: The palmar angle and the ulnar angle were better improved before and after the treatment. The difference was statistically significant compared with that before and after treatment( P < 0. 05); the function standard score of Dienst wrist joint function,146 excellent cases,106 good cases,14 fair cases,2 poor cases,and good rate was 94. 0%. Conclusion: The method avoids the pain of surgery has remarkable curative effect,and exerts the advantage of Traditional Chinese Medicine in clinical treatment.
