摘要
自"中发9号文"印发以来的近三年时间,我国在电力市场化建设方面取得了较为显著的成绩,在借鉴国外先进经验的同时,走出了一条具有中国特色的电力市场化改革之路。打破了政府定价的计划经济形式,引入市场竞争。首先对电改以来我国电力改革组织机制建设情况做了说明,其次介绍了目前我国电改的开展情况,最后提出了我国电力市场化改革仍存在的问题和今后工作展望。
Since CPC No. 9 documents had been printed and distributed,remarkable achievement has taking place in the construction of electricity market. China has learned from the advanced experience of other countries,and stepped out a road of electric market with Chinese characteristics. It broke the planned economy form of the government's pricing and introduced market competition. This paper firstly illustrates the construction of organization and mechanism of electric power marketing reform in China. Secondly,it introduces the current situation of electric power marketing reform in China. Finally,it says the problems still existing in progress of the reform and puts forward to the future prospects of China's electric marketing reform.
