煤直接液化油制备环烷基油工艺技术研究

摘要
以煤直接液化加氢稳定油为原料,在300 mL煤直接液化加氢装置上,采用百万吨级煤直接液化示范装置油品加氢工艺条件,实施了煤直接液化油制备环烷基油工艺技术研究,结果表明,采用油品加氢改质工艺,>165℃馏分油总芳烃由57.6%降至4.2%,总环烷烃由36.2%升至89.6%,但与深度加氢精制工艺相比,生产油品整体馏程偏低,密度小。
        Research on technology of preparation of naphthenic oil using hydrogenated stable oil from direct coal liquefaction was conducted. The test was carried out on the 300 mL coal direct liquefaction hydrogenation installation using technological conditions of the megaton-scale direct coal liquefaction demonstration equipment. The results showed that,when hydro-upgrading technique was adopted, total aromatics of >165 ℃ distillate oil?decreased from 57.6% to 4.2% and total naphthene increased from36.2% to 89.6%. Compared with deep hydrofining technology,the oil products have a relatively low distillation range and low density.
