2016—2017年某院降糖药物使用分析

摘要
目的了解该院降糖药的使用情况,为临床合理应用降糖药提供依据。方法查取该院2016—2017年降糖药的销售数据,并以销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDDC)、排序比等分析指标评价降糖药的使用情况。结果门冬胰岛素30注射液和胰岛素注射的DDDs排序连续两年占据前2位,临床选择倾向性较大。甘精胰岛素注射液排序比值为0.3,DDC>200,该药物经济效益好于社会效益,患者承受的经济负担重。结论该院降糖药的使用基本合理。
Objective To know the use of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2016 to 2017 thus providing reference for the clinical rational application of hypoglycemic drugs. Methods The sales data of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2016 to 2017 were checked, and the use of hypoglycemic drugs was evaluated according to the sales amount, DDDs,DDDC and ranking ratio. Results The insulin aspartate 30 injection and DDDs of insulin injection took top two in two years in a row, and the clinical selection tendency was big, and the ranking ratio of Insulin glargine was 0.3, DDC>200, and the economic benefits of drugs were better than social benefits, and the economic burdens of patients were heavy. Conclusion The use of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital is basically rational.
