果树胚胎败育的原因及胚挽救技术研究进展

摘要
该文综述了果树胚胎败育的解剖学分析、内源激素及基因调控与胚胎败育的关系,并对影响胚挽救技术因子——接种时间、基本培养基、外源激素和糖类物质、活性炭以及光照条件进行简介,提出目前果树胎败育研究中的热点以及胚挽救技术的不足之处。
        This article introduced the causes of fruit embryo abortion including the cells anatomy,endogenesis hormone and gene regulation. The facts concerning embryo saving were summarized,which comprised the inoculation time,the basic medium,exogenous hormones,carbohydrate,activated carbon and light condition.Based on the analysis of above,the hot spot for further researching,the problems and potential prospects of saving technology were discussed.
