摘要
逆向物流网络已经成为新型建筑施工技术研究热点,假如能结合群搜索算法对逆向物流建筑施工技术进行进一步分析研究,那么,对大数据时代下BIM(建筑信息模型)施工技术将起到高效、节能、智能的多重实质效果。现代施工技术依托逆向物流管理系统后,可以根据物流逆向工程原理模拟实际施工现场材料、资金、工期的时效性,进而反向再现实际工程内部物流模型的动态管理现状;故此,提出了基于改进的竞选算法(improved-pseudo excitation method,IPEM),对建筑物施工管理中建筑材料处理中心识别、工程施工进度工期容量分析及其它们在竞选算法应用后的系统模型识别,提出面向IPEM快速重分析思想的结构施工优化识别方法,利用逆向物流结构施工技术及应用竞选算法的共溶性,来解决施工后期出现的施工边角料富余的精细化施工管理等诸多问题。最后,根据工程实际需求提出了基于改进的竞选算法逆向物流建筑系统施工优化模型。
        Reverse logistics network has become a new construction technology research hot spot,if it can combine group search algorithm of reverse logistics construction technology for further research and analysis,then under the era of big data of BIM( building information model) construction technology will play a high-efficiency,energy-saving,intelligent multiple real effect. Based on the reverse logistics management system of modern construction technology,according to the timeliness of the reverse logistics engineering principle to simulate the actual construction site materials,funds,time,dynamic management status and then reverse reproduction internal logistics model of actual project; Therefore,this paper proposes the election algorithm based on improved-pseudo excitation method( IPEM),the building materials processing the construction management of building engineering construction progress center identification,capacity analysis and their application in the election algorithm after system model identification,optimization identification method of structure construction for IPEM fast re analysis thought,cosolvency by reverse logistics structure construction technology and application of the election algorithm,to solve the problems of construction in the late construction scrap surplus fine construction management etc.. Finally,the more practical needs of the project is proposed based on the improvement of the election algorithm reverse logistics construction system construction optimization model.
