血性链球菌感染所致风湿病患者血清中ADNase B和ASO水平分析

摘要
目的分析血性链球菌感染所致风湿病患者血清中抗DNA酶B(ADNase B)和抗链球菌溶血素"O"(ASO)水平。方法采用便利抽样法选取本院152例血性链球菌感染所致风湿病患者,将其按照疾病类型分为A组(n=78,急性风湿热)和B组(n=74,活动期风湿性心脏病)。选取同期75名健康体检者为C组。检测三组血清ADNase B及ASO水平,并比较A、B组患者疾病诊断阳性率。结果 A、B组ADNase B、ASO水平均显著高于C组,且B组ADNase B水平高于A组,ASO水平低于A组(P<0.05)。B组检测ADNase B的疾病诊断阳性率高于ASO(P<0.05);且A、B组联合检测的疾病诊断阳性率均高于单纯检测(P<0.05)。结论相较于健康者,血性链球菌感染所致风湿病患者ADNase B和ASO水平均显著升高,且联合检测ADNase B和ASO可提高疾病诊断阳性率。
Objective To analyze the levels of serum ADNase B and ASO in patients with rheumatism caused by blood streptococcus infection. Methods A total of 152 patients with rheumatism caused by streptococcus haemolyticus infection were selected by convenience sampling method. They were divided into group A(n=78, acute rheumatic fever) and group B(n=74, active rheumatic heart disease) according to the types of disease. While 75 cases of health examinees in the same period were selected as group C. The levels of serum ADNase B and ASO in the three groups were detected, and the positive rates of disease diagnosis were compared between groups A and B. Results The levels of serum ADNase B and ASO in group A and B were significantly higher than those in group C, and the levels of ADNase B in the group B was higher than the group A, ASD was lower than the group A(P<0.05). The positive rate of disease diagnosis in the ADNase B detection in the group B was higher than that of ASO(P<0.05), and the positive rate of disease diagnosis in detection of the group A and B were higher than those of simple detection(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with healthy people, the levels of serum ADNase B and ASO in rheumatism patients caused by blood streptococcus infection significantly increased, and the combined detection of ADNase B and ASO could improve the detection positive rate of disease diagnosis.
