摘要
为了解烤烟打叶复烤加工与成品片烟结构的关系,利用电脑信息系统自动采集了160个设备参数,检测相应的成品片烟结构,进行简单和典型相关性分析。结果表明,一二润温度水分与打叶强度和冷却温度、二润加水量与回潮四区、一润筒驱动与干燥回潮冷却风机温度均有很强的相关性;润叶工段、打叶风分工段、复烤干燥工段与成品片烟结构均存在显著的典型相关,具体表现为:(1)一二润"润透率"与大片率、小片率、碎片率、碎末率、叶中含梗率负相关,与中片率正相关;(2)打叶风分工段强度与大片率、碎片率、碎末率负相关,与中片率正相关;(3)干燥回潮冷却风机温度、冷区温度与大片率正相关,与中片率、叶中含梗率负相关,复烤干燥前片烟水分与大片率正相关、中片率负相关,回潮四区排潮与小片率正相关。
        The aim is to understand the relationship between flue-cured tobacco threshing and redryingprocessing and the structure of finished tobacco lamina. The computer information system was adopted toautomatically collect 160 equipment parameters, to detect the structure of the corresponding finished tobaccolamina. The simple and typical correlation analysis was conducted. The results showed that there was asignificant correlation between the first and second wetting temperature and the moisture and threshingstrength and the cooling temperature, between the second wetting water addition and resurgence area 4, andbetween first wetting cylinder drive and the temperature of drying and resurgence cooling fan. There weresignificant typical correlations between the leaf wetting section, threshing and air separation section, redryingand drying section, and the structure of finished tobacco lamina. The details were as follows:(1)"theinfiltration rate"in the first and second wetting process had a negative correlation with large leaf rate, smallleaf rate, fragmentation rate, crushing rate and leaf stem rate, and it had a positive correlation with medium leafrate;(2) the intensity in the threshing and air separation process had a negative correlation with large leaf rate,fragmentation rate and crushing rate, and it had a positive correlation with medium leaf rate;(3) thetemperature of drying and resurgence cooling fan and the temperature of cooling zone were positively correlatedwith large leaf, and they were negatively correlated with medium leaf rate and leaf stem rate. Before redrying and drying, the moisture of the tobacco lamina was positively correlated with large leaf rate, and it wasnegatively correlated with medium leaf rate. Moisture removal of resurgence area 4 had a positive correlationwith small leaf rate.
