摘要
为了研究Ti O2对复合铁酸钙生成与还原的影响,在实验室的条件下,利用卧式电加热炉对富钛复合铁酸钙的生成以及Ti O2对其软熔性能的影响进行了研究,并利用高温动力学实验炉分析了不同含钛量对复合铁酸钙还原的影响。研究结果表明,富钛复合铁酸钙微观形貌与普通复合铁酸钙的大致相同,均存在熔蚀状、板条状和树枝状等形状。但形态和数量上存在差异,富钛复合铁酸钙中针状铁酸钙较少,而板条状形态的铁酸钙更多;Ti O2会使复合铁酸钙液相的流动性变差,使其粘结能力下降。同时,Ti O2会阻碍复合铁酸钙还原的进行。
        In order to study the effect of Ti O2 on the formation and reduction of SFCA,under the laboratory conditions,the formation of Ti-rich SFCA and the effect of Ti O2 on its soft melting properties were studied by using a horizontal electric heating furnace,and the effect of different titanium content on the reduction of calcium ferrite was analyzed by using a high temperature dynamic furnace. The results show that the micromorphology of Ti-rich SFCA is approximately the same as that of ordinary SFCA,and there are some shapes such as erosion,slate and dendrite. However,there are differences in morphology and quantity,and the content of acicular SFCA in Ti-rich SFCA is less,but there are more SFCA in the lath-shaped form. Ti O2 makes the fluidity of SFCA liquid phase worse,and reduces its bonding capacity. At the same time,Ti O2 will hinder the reduction of SFCA.
