摘要
[目的]检测70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂在茶树菇及菌棒上、中、下3个部分的残留量及消解动态。[方法]采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对茶树菇及其菌棒最终残留及消解动态进行研究。[结果]茶树菇和菌棒中分别添加0.005、0.05、0.5 mg/kg 3个水平的吡虫啉,其平均回收率为92.0%~110.4%,相对标准偏差为2.9%~8.2%。吡虫啉在茶树菇上的降解符合一级反应动力学模式,在茶树菇和菌棒上段,吡虫啉半衰期分别为7.9、12.1 d。[结论]在茶树菇上手动喷雾施药70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂,按0.23、0.34 g a.i./m2的剂量施药3、4次,施药间隔7 d,最后1次施药距采收间隔10 d时,吡虫啉在茶树菇上的残留量近似于欧盟规定的吡虫啉在蘑菇农药残留限量0.05 mg/kg。
        [Aims] In order to measure the dissipation and residues of imidacloprid 70% WG in Agrocybe aegerita and its substrates. [Methods] The pesticide distribution in Agrocybe aegerita and the degradation dynamics in its substrates were detected by LC-MS/MS. [Results] When the spiked levels were 0.005, 0.05 and 0.5 mg/kg in the mushroom and its substrates, the average recoveries ranged from 92.0 to 110.4%, with RSD(n=5) of 2.9-8.2%, which meets the inspection requirement of pesticide residue analysis methods. The half-lives of imidacloprid in the mushroom and its upper stick were 7.9, 12.1 d, respectively. [Conclusions] As imidacrin 70% water dispersing granules were sprayed at the doses of 0.23, 0.34 g a.i./m2 for 3 and 4 times, the residues of imidacloprid in mushroom were close to the MRL in EU(0.05 mg/kg) after 10 days.
