摘要
对刺楸叶中单宁的提取工艺进行优化,利用定性试验鉴定单宁的类型,并对其抗氧化活性进行测定。结果表明,在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面分析法确定刺楸叶单宁提取的最佳工艺为:乙醇体积分数57%,提取时间0.9 h,提取温度61℃。此条件下单宁得率为4.05%,定性试验鉴定刺楸叶单宁为缩合类单宁,刺楸叶单宁提取物清除DPPH、ABTS自由基的IC50值分别为0.38 mg/mL和0.22 mg/mL。
        The extraction process of tannins from Kalopanax septemlobus was optimized and the type of tannins was identified by qualitative test, and then their antioxidant activity was evaluated. The results showed that the optimum condition for tannins from Kalopanax septemlobus by response surface method was found to be with 57% ethanol for 0.9 h with temperature 61 ℃ on the basis of single factor tests. Under such condition, the yield of tannins was 4.05%. The type of tannins was identified as condensed tannins by qualitative test and their DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging activity IC50 values were 0.38 mg/mL and 0.22 mg/mL, respectively.
