摘要
山西漳电大唐4×50 MW热电厂向矿区平旺地区集中供热,1#~4#汽轮机均为热泵机组,仅可利用部分乏汽,额定负荷时仍有大部分乏汽余热被浪费。为积极响应国家政策,满足逐步增大的供热面积,节约能源、改善环境、提高热效率,将1#、3#汽轮机改造为背压机组。改造后,汽轮机的背压提高,在现有供热能力下,能够降低煤耗,提高机组的经济效益。
        Centralized heating of Pingwang region in Datong Coal Mine Group were provided by Zhangdian Datang4×50 MW Thermal Power. The 1#~4# steam turbines are heat pump units, which could only use part of exhausted steam,and waste heat of exhausted steam is generally wasted at rated load. In order to respond to national policy, 1# and 3# turbines are reformed to back-pressure units, at the same time to keep up with the gradual increase of heating area, saving-energy,improving the environment, and raising the thermal efficiency. After back pressure transformation, the back pressure of turbine increases. This technology can reduce the coal consumption and improve the economic benefits of the unit within the present heat capacity.
