摘要
综述了近30年来热轧生产线钢坯加热炉的过程控制建模及优化控制方面的研究与应用成果。给出了热轧钢坯加热炉的基本控制方式,简要阐述了加热炉的各种过程控制模型,分析了其优缺点,并在此基础上列出了近年来出现的一些先进的综合控制策略,旨在为各大钢铁企业中加热炉工程技术人员的研究提供有用的参考,为加热炉生产技术改造提供依据。
        In this paper, the research and application results in latest 30 years are reviewed on the process control model and the optimal control of billet reheating furnaces in the hot rolling line. The basic control methods are given for a billet reheating furnace. The process control models of reheating furnaces are mainly introduced, and their merits and demerits are analyzed in brief. Based on this, some advanced control strategies in recent years are listed. The purpose of the paper is to provide useful contents for researchers and furnace engineers in each iron and steel enterprise, and to provide a basis for furnace technical reformation.
