联合用药治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨氨茶碱和左氧氟沙星联合用药治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床效果。方法将2017年1月～2018年5月在我院门诊接受治疗的80例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者作为此次研究对象,随机分组,两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,对照组同时给予氨茶碱治疗,观察组患者采用氨茶碱和左氧氟沙星联合治疗,比较两组的治疗有效率、肺功能指标及治疗安全性等。结果观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,两组患者的各项肺功能指标较治疗前相比有明显改善,且观察组患者的第一秒用力呼吸容积、最大呼吸中期流速、用力肺活量及峰值呼吸峰流速均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);通过比较两组治疗方案的用药安全性,发现观察组患者的不良反应发生率稍高,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床治疗上,运用氨茶碱和左氧氟沙星联合用药的治疗方案能够获得较为理想效果,可提高治疗有效率,同时可以改善患者的肺功能和血气指标,安全性也有所保障,故值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective To explore clinical curative effects of combination of aminophylline and levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema. Methods 80 patients with chronic obstructive emphysema who were treated in inpatient department in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in two groups were all given routine symptomatic treatment. At the same time, the control group was treated with aminophylline. The control group was treated with combination of aminophylline and levofloxacin. The effective rates of treatment, lung function indexes and treatment safety of the two groups were compared. Results In terms of the curative effects of the two groups, the effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment. The first second forced breathing volume, the maximum mid-breath flow rate, the forced vital capacity and the peak respiratory peak flow rate were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05). By comparing the safety of treatments in the two groups, it was found that the incidence of adverse reactions was slightly higher in the observation group. However, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema, the combination of aminophylline and levofloxacin can obtain more ideal effects. It can improve the effective rate of treatment, improve the lung function and blood gas index of patients and guarantee the safety. It is worthy of further promotion and application.
