奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血效果探究

摘要
目的探讨对胃溃疡合并胃出血的患者使用奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月至2019年1月本院就诊的胃溃疡合并胃出血患者104例作为研究对象,随机将以上患者分为两组,每组各52例。其中对照组患者予以奥美拉唑治疗,实验组患者采取奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁进行治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的临床症状及效果进行观察和记录,并对两组患者治疗前后的相关临床症状积分和满意度进行对比分析。结果对照组患者治疗后的相关临床症状积分和疗效明显不如实验组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,实验组患者的满意度显著高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论对治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的患者使用奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁进行治疗,对患者病症起效速度快、疗效明显,有利于患者康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with magnesium aluminium carbonate in the treatment of gastric ulcer with gastric hemorrhage. Methods 104 patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage from February2014 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole, while the experimental group was treated with omeprazole combined with magnesium aluminium carbonate,the clinical symptoms and effects of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded, and the scores and satisfaction of the related clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and curative effect in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group,P<0.05. After treatment, the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion Omeprazole combined with magnesium aluminium carbonate is effective and effective for the treatment of gastric ulcer with gastric hemorrhage, which is conducive to the recovery of patients.
