后以药养医时代公立医院药房改革模式初探

摘要
随着医药卫生体制改革不断深化,我国已全面展开公立医院综合改革,其核心在于取消药品加成政策,打破以药养医局面。公立医院药房地位也因此发生了改变,各级公立医院积极探索药房改革的模式,但公立医院药房仍面临资金紧张、职能划分不明等问题。通过对当前公立医院药房改革4种主要模式进行对比分析,从彰显医院公益性、促进安全合理用药、减轻医院压力和引入人工智能技术的角度对我国公立医院药房改革出路提供建议。
With the continuous deepening of the Medical and Health System reform, China has comprehensively launched comprehensive public hospital reform. The core of the reform lies in the elimination of the drug addition policy,and breaks the drug supported medical situation,resulting in a change in the pharmacy status of public hospitals. Therefore,public hospitals actively explore the pharmacy reform models,but public hospital's pharmacy still faces many problems,such as tight funding and unclear division of functions. The paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the four main modes of pharmacy reform in public hospitals. Finally,suggestions are provided for the way of the public hospital's pharmacy reform from the perspective of highlighting the nonprofit hospital,promoting safe and rational drug use,and taking advantage of new technologies of artificial intelligence.
