摘要
矿井综放工作面常采用预裂爆破方法弱化煤层顶板来提高初采煤炭采出率,以常村煤矿2206工作面为背景,通过对工程地质条件和预裂爆破成缝原理分析,在原装药结构基础上,提出一种新型的聚能管装药结构,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟两种装药结构的成缝效果,结果表明,聚能管装药结构可实现定向断裂爆破,具有提高预裂爆破效果和减少炸药量的特点。
Pre-split blasting method is commonly adopted in coal seam roof weakening to improve the initial mining coal recovery rate, Changcun Mine 2206 working face was taken as background, based on the engineering geological conditions,the original drug structure and pre-split blasting principle analysis, a new shaped tube of drug structure was put forward,simulated by two kinds of charge structure crack effect ANSYS/LS-DYNA numerical, the results showed that the binding energy tube charge structure can realize the directional fracture blasting, can improve blasting effect and reduce the amount of explosive.
