浅谈资质认定检验检测机构的质量监督工作

摘要
质量监督是资质认定检验检测机构一项关键的质量活动,对于实施保持机构的管理体系和提升管理层对检验检测工作的监管效率至关重要。机构应重视质量监督工作,合理设置能力符合要求的监督员并赋予其明晰权责,保证在监督规范内实施,并对其有效性及时开展评价。指出,要将监督与质控、纠正、预防等管理活动深度衔接融合,切实做到发现问题并解决问题,确保机构质量技术各方面工作规范高效,实现质量管理高水平。
Quality supervision is one of the key quality activities of qualification certification inspection institutions, and it is very important to implementing and maintaining the management system of institutions and improving the supervision efficiency of institution controllers to inspection and testing work. Institutions should attach importance to quality supervision, reasonably set up supervisors with ability to meet the requirements and give them clear powers and responsibilities, ensure the implementation of the powers and responsibilities within the supervision norms, and evaluate the effectiveness supervision in time. It is pointed out that supervision and quality control, correction, prevention and other management activities should be integrated in depth, so as to find problems and solve them, ensure the standardization and high efficiency of quality technology work, and achieve a high level of quality management.
