高血压多元化健康教育模式的研究进展

摘要
综述了现阶段国内外高血压健康教育模式的研究现状,并按各自特征分为强调个体行为改变的模式、强调以病人为中心的模式、强调延续医院干预效果的模式及联合性健康教育模式。通过分析阐述不同教育模式在高血压病人行为干预中应用及对自我管理效能的影响,以期建立良好健康教育方式的新思路,为病人的自我管理提供一个多元化、安全有效的健康教育模式。
        This article reviewed the present research status quo of major hypertension health education models in China and abroad,and divided them into models that emphasizing individual behavior changes,emphasizing patient-centered,emphasizing continuing hospital intervention effects,and joint health education.Through analysis,it expanded the application of different education models in the behavioral intervention of hypertensive patients and the impact on self-management efficiency,in order to establish a new way of good health education,and provide a diversified,safe,and effective health education model for patients′ self-management.
