评估错(牙合)畸形伴牙列缺损行口腔正畸+修复治疗的临床疗效

摘要
目的评估口腔正畸配合修复治疗方法用于错(牙合)畸形且伴存牙列缺损患者的临床疗效。方法对本医院收入66例错(牙合)畸形且伴存牙列缺损患者予以项目研究,2016年04月至2018年05月为抽取时间,分组法是随机双盲法,试验组(33例)用口腔正畸配合修复治疗方法,对照组(33例)用单纯修复治疗方法,对比两组治疗有效合计率、牙齿功能评分状况、治疗满意合计率。结果试验组治疗有效合计率较对照组计算值明显更高,试验组咀嚼评分分数、舒适度评分分数、言语功能评分分数、美观度评分分数较对照组计算值显著更高,试验组治疗满意合计率较对照组计算值明显更高,试验组治疗后生活质量评分值较对照组计算值明显更高,证实数值检验统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对错(牙合)畸形且伴存牙列缺损患者实行口腔正畸配合修复治疗的效果较优。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of orthodontic treatment combined with repair and treatment for patients with malocclusion and dentition defect.Methods Sixty-six patients with dysplasia and dentition defect were enrolled in the hospital. The study was conducted from April 2016 to May 2018.The grouping method was a randomized double-blind method.The experimental group(33 cases) used oral cavity. Orthodontic treatment and repair treatment, the control group(33 cases) with simple repair treatment,comparing the effective rate of treatment, dental function score, treatment satisfaction rate. Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The chewing score,comfort score,speech function score,and aesthetic score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The total rate was significantly higher than that of the control group.The quality of life scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the statistical significance was confirmed(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with malocclusion and dentition defect have better orthodontic treatment.
