论橡皮障在儿童口腔根管治疗中的临床评价

摘要
目的针对儿童口腔根管治疗过程中橡皮障的使用方法和使用效果进行探讨。方法从2017年11月～2018年11月间来我院接受口腔根管治疗的患病儿童中选取450例作为研究对象,对照组患儿在根管治疗过程中使用强吸隔湿和棉卷,而实验组患儿在治疗过程中使用橡皮障。结果使用橡皮障的实验组患儿正常填充比例为75.36%,显著高于对照组患儿的58.62%。正常填充过程中,实验组患儿的疼痛率达到7.69%,显著低于对照组患儿的37.25%。除此之外,对照组欠充、超充患儿中,实验组患儿的出现疼痛的比例为38.24%,显著低于对照组患儿的61.11%。两组患儿正常填充、非正常填充比例以及疼痛率均存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童口腔根管治疗中,橡皮障具有较高的临床使用价值,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the use and effect of rubber barrier in the treatment of oral root canal in children.Methods 450 cases of sick children who came to our hospital for root canal treatment from November 2017 to November 2018 were studied.The control group of children used strong hygroscopic and cotton rolls during root canal treatment,while the experimental group used rubber barriers during treatment.Results The normal filling ratio of children with rubber barrier was 75.36 %, which was significantly higher than that of control group.During normal filling, the pain rate in the experimental group reached 7.69 %,which was significantly lower than the 37.25 % in the control group.In addition,the rate of pain in the experimental group was 38.24 %, which was significantly lower than the 61.11 % in the control group.There were significant differences in normal filling,abnormal filling ratio and pain rate between the two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of oral root canal in children, rubber barrier has high clinical value and is worth promoting.
