超声自动全容积扫查系统在腹股沟疝诊断中的应用价值

摘要
目的探讨超声自动全容积扫查系统(ABVS)在腹股沟疝诊断中的应用价值。方法选取87例(104侧)手术证实为腹股沟疝的患者作为研究对象,术前分别对病灶进行传统手持超声检查和ABVS扫查,并将诊断与术后结果进行对照。结果 ABVS对腹股沟疝有较高的检出率和分型诊断准确率。低年资组运用ABVS,对腹股沟疝的检出率和分型诊断准确率明显高于传统手持超声(P<0.05)。ABVS对疝口大小的测量与术中符合率较高,能显示疝口的形状、测定疝口的面积。结论应用ABVS诊断腹股沟疝能提高低年资医师对腹股沟疝的检出率和分型诊断准确率,能够全面准确地评估疝口,在腹股沟疝诊断中具有较大的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of Automated Breast Volume Scanner(ABVS)in patients with inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 104 inguinal hernia from 87 inpatients were examined by both conventional handheld ultrasound(HHUS)and ABVS before surgery.The results were compared with surgical outcomes.Results ABVS examination had a high detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of classification of inguinal hernia.Compared with HHUS,the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of classification of inguinal hernia of junior sonographers using ABVS were obviously higher(P<0.05).The measurement of hernia orifice size by ABVS was comparatively accurate.Besides,ABVS could show the shape of hernia orifice,and measure the area by offline software.Conclusions ABVS could improve the diagnostic accuracy of junior sonographers,and estimate hernia orifice accurately in the round.Therefore,ABVS has an excellent clinical application value for diagnosis of inguinal hernia.
