形成性评价在武汉市某医院口腔医学临床实习教学中的应用与思考

摘要
目的:探讨形成性评价在口腔医学临床实习教学中的作用,为提高口腔临床实习效果提供理论依据和参考。方法:将武汉市某医院2011级口腔临床医学专业60名本科实习生分为对照组(n=30)和实验组(n=30),对照组采用终结性评价模式,实验组采用形成性评价模式进行研究。结果:实验组学生总评成绩(77.6±1.3)明显优于对照组学生(73.3±1.7),且存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组学生对形成性评价的教学效果高度认同和满意。结论:形成性评价能够显著提高口腔医学临床实习的学习效果和教学质量,值得在口腔临床实习教学中应用和推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of formative evaluation in stomatological clinical practice teaching and to supply theory basis and reference for the improvement of stomatological clinical practice teaching effect.Methods: A total of 60 stomatological undergraduate interns in Grade 2011 were selected and divided into control group(n = 30) and experimental group(n = 30). The students in control group received summative evaluation while the students in experimental group received formative evaluation.Results: The students,grades in experimental group(77.6±1.3) was better than that in control group(73.3±1.7),and there were significant differences(P<0.05). The students in experimental group accepted and supported the formative evaluation.Conclusion: Formative evaluation could significantly improve the learning effect and teaching quality,which is worthy of popularizing in stomatological clinical practice teaching.
