慢性盆腔炎妇科临床治疗效果观察

摘要
目的观察分析不同治疗方式对慢性盆腔炎妇科患者的临床治疗效果。方法在本院2017年度中收治的慢性盆腔炎妇科患者中按入院先后顺序抽取100例为研究对象,50例对照组患者行常规西药治疗,50例研究组患者行中西药结合治疗。分别观察两组患者的治疗效果(包括治疗有效率、副作用发生率)与治疗满意度。结果实验证明,研究组患者的治疗有效率比对照组高出12%,副作用发生率比对照组低18%,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗联合西药治疗对慢性盆腔炎妇科患者治疗效果显著,副作用比单纯使用西药治疗小很多,缩短了治疗周期,利于患者恢复。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical treatment effect of different treatment methods on gynecological patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods In the gynecological patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital in 2017, 100 patients were selected according to the order of admission. 50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and 50 patients in the study group were treated with combination of Chinese and Western medicine. The therapeutic effects(including treatment effectiveness, incidence of side effects) and treatment satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results The experimental results showed that the treatment efficiency of the study group was 12% higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of side effects was 18% lower than that of the control group. The results were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment combined with western medicine treatment has significant therapeutic effect on gynecological patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The side effects are much smaller than the treatment with western medicine alone, shortening the treatment cycle and facilitating the recovery of patients.
