摘要
文章概述了飞秒激光加工的概念、优势和应用领域。印制板采用飞秒激光打孔技术不存在"钻污"、"热损伤"和"热致内应力"等带来的缺陷和问题,可获得精准的加工尺寸和表面极高光洁度。飞秒激光技术不仅能够使印制板制造技术提升到高质量等级上,而且也给所有制造业和制造产品走上高质量等级的创新和发展阶段!
        In this paper, the concept, advantages and application fields of femtosecond laser processing are summarized. Femtosecond laser drilling technology for PCB does not exist the defects and problems caused by "smear ", "thermal damage" and "thermal induced internal stress". Accurate processing size and high surface finish can be obtained. Femtosecond laser technology can not only upgrade PCB manufacturing technology to a higher quality level, and also give manufacturing industry a higher quality level of development stage!
