经皮穿刺胆管置管引流术经超声导航技术辅助的效果

摘要
目的探讨超声导航技术辅助下行经皮穿刺胆管置管引流术(PTCD)治疗肝内胆管结石梗阻的临床效果。方法选择我院2018年1月—2019年1月诊治的肝内胆管结石梗阻患者中选取104例予以PTCD术治疗,并采用不同引导穿刺方法辅助手术:应用常规超声引导技术者设为对照组(n=52),应用超声导航技术者设为研究组(n=52),比较两组并发症发生率、穿刺时间、穿刺精密度差异。结果 (1)研究组并发症发生率是1.92%,低于对照组的15.38%(P <0.05);(2)研究组穿刺时间短于对照组,穿刺精密度优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论超声导航技术辅助下行PTCD治疗肝内胆管结石梗阻的安全性更高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous puncture and biliary catheter drainage(PTCD) assisted by ultrasound navigation in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct obstruction.Methods 104 patients with intrahepatic biliary obstruction who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent PTCD and were treated with different guided puncture methods. The patients who used conventional ultrasound guidance were used as the control group(n =52), the application of ultrasound navigation technology was set as the study group(n =52), comparing the incidence of complications, puncture time, puncture precision. Results (1)The incidence of complications in the study group was 1.92%, lower than 15.38% of control group(P< 0.05),(2)The puncture time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the puncture precision was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion PTCD assisted by ultrasound navigation technology is more safe and accurate in the treatment of intrahepatic biliary calculi obstruction.
