内扎外切对合缝合术治疗混合痔80例疗效观察

摘要
为观察内扎外切对合缝合术治疗混合痔的有效性及安全性,将160例混合痔手术患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各80例。治疗组使用内扎外切对合缝合术治疗,对照组使用传统外剥内扎术治疗。观察2组创面出血及愈合情况。结果显示,治疗组术后出血率(1.25%)明显低于对照组(13.75%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组平均创面愈合时间为(7.0±2.1)d,明显短于对照组(13.0±2.3)d,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,内扎外切对合缝合术治疗混合痔可减少创面出血,促进创面愈合,临床效果显著,安全性高,无明显不良反应。
To investigate the effectiveness and safety of internal ligation &external incision plus juxtaposition suture in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,160 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control one,80 cases for each;the former received above procedure,while the latter received routine external dissection &internal ligation;then both groups' wound-surface bleeding and healing status were observed.As results,the postoperative bleeding rate of the former was significantly lower than that of the latter,there was statistical difference between the two groups(2.13% vs 13.75%,P <0.05),and the average wound-surface healing time in the former was significantly shorter than that in the latter,there was statistical difference between the two groups[(7.0±2.1)d vs(13.0±2.3)d,P <0.05].Results show that the procedure used in the former for treating mixed hemorrhoids can reduce wound-surface bleeding,promote its healing;And its clinical effect is significant,safety is high,without distinct untoward reaction.
