摘要
目的研究分析在肺炎支原体感染患儿中分别采取快速血清学检验与微生物培养检测的结果差异。方法选取在本院接受治疗的支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,选取时间段为2017年1月至2017年12月,病例数为130例。全体患儿分别接受快速血清学检验与微生物培养检测,对其支原体阳性检出率进行对比。结果快速血清学检验模式下的阳性检出率显著低于微生物培养检测的阳性检出率(P<0.05),全体患儿在接受治疗后均全部痊愈,治疗有效率为100.00%,平均住院时间为(16.72±3.32)天。结论临床上针对肺炎支原体感染患儿采用微生物培养检测能够获得更高的支原体阳性检出率,诊断准确率高,有利于避免漏诊情况,因此在临床诊断过程中可联合运用,提升诊断准确率。
        Objective To investigate the differences in the results of rapid serological tests and microbial culture tests in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods Children with mycoplasmal pneumonia who were treated in our hospital were selected as subjects. The time period was from January 2017 to December 2017, and the number of cases was 130. All children were tested by rapid serological test and microbial culture, and the positive detection rate of mycoplasma was compared. Results The positive detection rate in the rapid serological test mode was significantly lower than that in the microbial culture test(P<0.05). All the children recovered after receiving the treatment. The effective rate was 100.00%, and the average hospital stay was(16.72±3.32) days. Conclusion Clinically, children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can obtain higher positive detection rate of mycoplasma by using microbial culture test, and the diagnostic accuracy is high, which is conducive to avoid missed diagnosis. Therefore, it can be used in clinical diagnosis to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
