摘要
目的:建立灵芝养肝丸质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别法对猪苓、大黄、赤芍、黄连、厚朴、甘草进行鉴别,用薄层色谱法对大黄、黄连进行鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定赤芍中芍药苷的含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰;芍药苷在0.06~1.8μg(r=0.9999)的范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.41%(n=6),RSD为0.63%。方法精密度,重复性符合要求。结论:该方法结果准确可靠,适用于灵芝养肝丸的质量控制。
        Objective To establish the quality standard of Ganoderma lucidum liver pill. Methods Lingling, rhubarb, radix paeoniae, Huanglian, Magnolia and licorice were identified by microscopic identification, and rhubarb and Huanglian were identified by TLC, and the content of Paeoniflorin in Radix paeoniae was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results TLC spots were clear, the linear relationship between Paeoniflorin was good in the range of 0.06~1.8 μg(r=0.9999), the average recovery rate was 97.98%(n=6), and the RSD was 1.86%. Method Precision, repeatability meet the requirements. Conclusion The results of this method are accurate and reliable, and it is suitable for the quality control of Ganoderma lucidum liver pill.
