摘要
目的探讨二维及三维超声对婴幼儿血管瘤的诊断价值。方法对95个体表婴幼儿血管瘤进行二维灰阶、彩色多普勒超声检查及其中69个血管瘤进行实时三维超声检查,根据瘤体侵犯的组织层次进行分类,分析各类型声像图特点。结果三种类型血管瘤的回声构成比、血流构成比、动脉收缩期峰值流速、静脉流速具有统计学差异。实时三维超声成像可显示血管瘤整体的血流空间分布,并能显示主要供应和回流血管的数目及位置。结论常规高频二维灰阶及彩色多普勒超声能够准确地对婴幼儿血管瘤进行诊断并分类,实时三维成像可直观立体地显示瘤体内的血管网,是二维超声的必要补充。
        Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound in infantile hemangiomas.Methods A total of 95 body surface infantile hemangiomas were examined with twodimensional and color Doppler ultrasound,69 hemangiomas were examined with three-dimensional ultrasonography,classified according to the level of organization of tumors had infringed,the ultrasonographic characteristics of each type were analyzed.Results The echo composition ratio,blood flow composition ratio,blood flow parameters PSV and venous velocity showed statistical difference berween the three types.Realtime three-dimensional ultrasonography was able to show the entire blood flow spatial distribution of the hemangiomas,as well as the numbers and positions of the main blood supply and return vasculars.Conclusions Two-dimensional high-frequency and color Doppler ultrasound were able to accurately diagnose and classify each type of infantile hemangiomas.Realtime three-dimensional ultrasonography was able to visually and stereoscopically display the intratumoral vascular network and it was a necessary complement to the two-dimensional ultrasonography.
