珠海市妇女人乳头瘤病毒感染现状分析

摘要
目的对中山大学附属第五医院2017年1月-2018年8月在我院妇科、妇产科门诊、皮肤科、健康体检中心等做HPV基因分型检测的妇女(年龄15岁-70岁)(剔除二次复查)的数据进行统计分析,了解珠海地区HPV感染现状。方法用凯普生物科技公司提供的专用HPV取样器进行样品采集,以荧光PCR技术为平台,采用潮州凯普公司生产的HPV分型试剂进行检测。结果在2,291例筛查样本中,658例呈阳性反应,占28.72%,其中,单一亚型感染率为72.64%(478/658),双重亚型感染率为17.33%(114/658),三重亚型感染率为7.75%(51/658),四重及以上亚型感染率为2.28%(15/658)。35岁以下的感染者占43.92%,35岁-45岁之间的感染者占32.07%。45岁以上的感染者占24.01%。检出率最高的亚型分别是HPV52(22.8%)、HPV16(18.08%)、HPV6(15.65%)。结论为预防宫颈癌的发生,HPV分型检测应成为常规体检项目。HPV感染率存在着地区差异,对不同地区HPV感染的流行状况进行分析,有助于预防性宫颈癌疫苗的研发。
        Objective From January 2017 to August 2018 in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, women aged 15-70 who were tested for HPV genotyping in gynecology, dermatology, and health examination center were analyzed statistically to understand the current situation of HPV infection in Zhuhai. Methods Samples were collected with a HPV sampler provided by Kaipu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The HPV-DNA genotyping was performed on the platform of fluorescent PCR. Results Of the 2,291 screening samples, 658 were positive, the total positive rate was 28.72%. Among the 658 positive samples, the single subtype infection rate was 72.64%(478/658), the double subtype infection rate was 17.33%(114/658), the triple subtype infection rate was 7.75%(51/658), and the quadruple and above subtype infection rate was 2.28%(15/658). The infection rate of people under 35 accounted for 43.92%, while those aged 35 to 45 accounted for 32.07%. Over 45 years of age accounted for 24.01% of all infections. The highest detection rates were HPV52(22.8%), HPV16(18.08%) and HPV6(15.65%). Conclusion HPV infection rate varies from region to region. Analysis of HPV infection epidemic situation in different regions can provide data for HPV vaccine research in China, and further guide the development of preventive cervical cancer vaccine in China.
