文化产业视角下的工业遗产价值实现

摘要
工业遗产作为特定社会发展阶段的历史遗存和世界文化遗产的分支,是人类工业文明发展的见证和载体,其较为完善的保存现状,能够客观地展现特定历史时期的审美观念、建筑工艺和城市风貌,具有不可取代的社会价值。在对工业遗产进行保护利用、活化更新的过程中,需要寻求新的观念和模式以顺应现代社会发展的需求,为城市建设注入新的活力和动力,用恰当的技术手段保留或改造工业遗产的物质遗存,并客观认识经济发展对工业文化元素的要求,将工业遗产的价值转化为经济增长和社会进步的极点,在社会变革和社群更新的过程中以新的物质形态承载新的功能。城市管理者要通过创造性的文化产业实践,完成工业遗产的历史价值、科技价值以及艺术价值的多重实现,探索更加丰富的满足社会文化需求的工业遗产保护利用模式。
As a branch of historical relics in particular stage of social development and cultural heritage of the world,industrial heritage is the witness and carrier of human industrial civilization.Being preserved industrial heritage intact,could objectively show the specific historical period of aesthetic concepts,construction process and the city style,it has irreplaceable social value.In the process of protection,utilization,activation and update of industrial heritage,the first issue in the process of conservation,usage,activation and regeneration for the industrial heritage is the lack of rational cognition and scientific judgment on its value.Meanwhile,existing mode of industrial inheritance innovation does not have universality,and the static and simplex renewal would be a disconnect between physical space and social public.It is necessary to seek new concepts and models to adapt to the requirements of the development of modern society,and inject new vitality and power into urban construction when dipping into history in the urban.Moreover,renewal or transformation of the industrial heritage material remains with the technical means that appropriate,objectively understand the demand for industrial cultural elements of economic development,the value of industrial heritage would translate into the pole of economic growth and social progress,and would bearing new function in the process of social revolution and community updating with a new form of material.Through the creative practice of cultural industries,to achieve the completion of industrial heritage’s historical value,scientific value and artistic value,explore more extensive mode of conservation on industrial heritage to meet the social and cultural requirements.
